Return Policy

We want you to love your GAMGAM gift set! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

How to Return:

1. Contact us at [your email, thegamgamco@gmail.com within 30 days to request a return.

2. Package the item securely, including the original receipt or order confirmation.

3. Ship the item to, 259 Irion Drive Montoursville, Pa 17754 with a trackable courier. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any original shipping fees.

- Personalized or custom items (e.g., engraved or bespoke gift sets) are non-returnable unless defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Exclusions:

- Items marked as final sale or clearance are non-returnable.

- Used, opened, or altered items cannot be returned unless defective.
